I’ve been in the store twice and on both occasions no one came to assist or asked if I needed help. The service is very poor.

The worst. I don’t know if this person was less experienced or wasn’t just interested explaining the services to me. Wanted to enquire about my XR cracked backscreen to be fixed or something. This guy didn’t even look me in the eye, he just told me that “Nop it can’t be fixed so I just have wait for it till it switches off n die” “cause it it going to die”! Yho I couldn’t believe the response, the service! He didn’t even touch it to look at it. How do you manufacture a phone you can’t fix? A phone that’s not even a year old. Sies man!

I am sorry. May be its my bad time that i had to wait 40mins to do trade in my phone but couldn't complete the deal as the system is down. I m updating review because I had another bad experience again on 28th may 2022. I waited another 40mins for my phone trade and I heard a number R250 for iPhone XR 256GB. I just shocked. The same shop offered R7000 two weeks ago and now they are asking my phone for free. Not even checked with another device which detects the faults. Their device is faulty and saying my phone is faulty that my phone Cemaras are not working. I came home and set up my phone and checked. It is 100% working fine. Thanks istore.

When it's busy it can be a nightmare, you'll wait for hours for assistance. However, the staff there is really amazing and professional and the service is good on a normal day.

This branch is excellent at employing people that aren't salesmen. Thank goodness they are selling a product that sells itself. Please don't bother replying to this review, you obviously don't learn based off previous negative reviews.

Good service, prices and ways to pay for your device are displayed on every apple device on display, it looks and feels like Tech Heaven inside

After walking into this store and being exposed to the arrogance & way the Apple sales people treat customers, I swiftly changed course, left the store and went & bought a Samsung. Literally, the attitude of the staff was enough to completely deter me from the Apple brand in its entirety.

Needless to say I am happy I never have to deal with those pompous people ever again. If only Steve Jobs knew how these people are hurting the brand he worked so hard to build.

Absolutely beyond useless. They are an embarrassment to the Apple brand. Treat you like a criminal, and demand you go round in circles trying to book in a phone/iPad etc. Absolute waste of time with thick people working there. Zero customer service.

Staff not the friendliest, walking in there feels like you owe them something! Also, be prepared to wait 30 mins for whatever you need to buy.

Made me wait for over an hour just to get into the store to tell me that they can't help me now. Why not say something before I waste my time.

Very poor service. There are about 8 staff. Only 3 of them were actually working. I was assisted by one of the guys by the service section. My iphone xr does not want to do the new update. The guy said “do a back up on your phone then I will update it for you” I showed him that it has been backed up. He did not want to help me. I then asked another guy working there if he could do a valuation on my iphone xr. He said you can get R6,500 for it just head over to the service section where they can assist. I went over there again and the same guy literally looked at my phone for 1 second and said you can only get R1,200 for it. I am very disappointed and I am definitely not going to recommend this iStore.

Was offered R4000 3 days ago on my iPhone 7, now today they offer me R598 saying that my display is discolored and yellow in the left when it looks exactly the same as it did before. Absolute clownery

I went to the iStore this past weekend, looking for advice to purchase a new MacBook. I was not sure which one to purchase. I met a salesperson whom was named Nick. I received excellent advice from him as to which MacBook product to purchase which was catered to my needs, due to his extensive knowledge of Apple products. I will definitely recommend iStore - Fourways to friends and family. Good Job Nick!

I arrived not long after opening to buy a new MacBook. Staff were disinterested, too busy on their phones to take any notice of a customer. I stood there looking around trying to engage with anyone who was interested in helping. Eventually I was served but it really annoyed me and detracted from the buying experience.

Most of the accessories are available and for sure you can trust the quality. After all it's apple premium reseller.

Thought you one is sometimes not attended to immediately, the service here is exceptional especially with the repair team.

Been going here for over 4 years and every single time i need anything they are unhelpful and never ever ever have any stock save some of your time and go to the others that can actually give you anything fourways never has stock so dumb

Can’t complain about anything did cell upgrade here service was sufficient nothing out of the ordinary

The boxes of most of the merchandise is all broken, dirty and dented. I’m paying over R1000 for cables that are honestly just not fit for sale, a discount in the very least would’ve been called for

As I walked in I was immediately greeted and attended to in a friendly and professional manner. Every question was answered and anything more was quickly referred to another and answered satisfactorily. My apology for not getting her name. She deserves credit.

Wanted to buy an iPhone case. They had one in the store, sales agent was too lazy to go check in the back. His excuse “will take me too long”. Worst iStore in the country. Won’t support them again.
